Some of you may recall my post the other day regarding my AIV delete project. I've finally completed that, and with TT.net's help, was able to successfully remove any remnants of the non-functional AIV system on my car. In any case, some of you may recall that when I purchased the car there was damage to the drivers side fender and door. When I swapped fenders, I discovered that the clutch vacuum reservoir was cracked. I removed this reservoir mistakingly thinking that it was the AIV reservoir. Anywho, during my removal of the AIV and PRVR solenoids I noticed that the clutch booster system is capped at the manifold, as seen in the photo below. I assume that this effectively eliminates the entire clutch booster system, correct? I've had the car for over two years now, and have never had an issue with clutch feel, actually preferring a stiffer, more manual clutch pedal. Does this mean that I am free to remove any vacuum lines associated with the clutch booster system? As always, I appreciate your responses. Thanks again!
